The Office of MDEPStat is a small performance-based management group proposing to improve the business processes of the National Guard Personnel Appropriation. MDEPStat would evaluate business policies and procedures practiced by Program Managers and Finance offices for delivering all manners of Financial Management from publishing duty orders to paying and accounting for the payment. MDEPStat analysts will examine data and perform reviews in order to identify areas in need of improvement. This prototype MDEPStat App is for illustration use only.
